- Customers assume responsibility for verifying vendor credentials and services.
4. Vendor Responsibilities- Vendors must honor agreed-upon estimates and service terms.
- Vendors are responsible for invoicing, payments, and service quality.
- Boativerse is not liable for vendor actions, disputes, or service failures.
5. Payment Disclaimer- Boativerse does not process payments; all transactions occur directly between customers and vendors.
- We are not responsible for refunds, disputes, or incomplete services.
6. Dispute ResolutionBoativerse does not mediate disputes between customers and vendors. We recommend resolving conflicts directly.
7. Limitation of Liability- Boativerse is not responsible for vendor performance, service delays, or financial transactions.
- We are not liable for damages arising from platform use.
8. Account TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
